8.0Comfortable and well equipped house in a quiet neighbourhood. Fans were provided in each bedroom, very much appreciated in the hot weather. Clean and comfortable.
Great location, house just needs a bit of love and attention.
6.0Communication with the hosts and the location were very good.
− The house looked unloved and quite tatty in places. Small things like the over grown garden (front and back), the interesting wiring in the kitchen and the mouldy shower curtain let it down. If more than 2 people are staying the small amount of crockery/lack of kitchen sink plug also an issue.

6.0Excellent location for Legoland , Windsor and Harry Potter Private parking space real positive. These were the reasons we booked this property
− The overall standard was ok, however the bathroom and kitchen required attention regarding cleanliness . The kitchen also required more basic equipment such as more glasses, cups and egg cups etc . Garden really needs maintenance as first impressions were not great and back garden and patio furniture could not be used

4.0The location was fantastic and the beds were very comfy.
− The house wasn't in a great state of repair. Lots of things looked old/worn. The grass in the garden hadn't been cut which was a shame and my boys wanted to play in the garden.
