Magníficos anfitriones y muy buena ubicación

Principalmente los anfitriones, en todo momento estuvieron súper atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Tuvimos un problema a nuestra llegada, pues nos perdieron la maleta en el aeropuerto y eso retrasó nuestra llegada a Venecia dos horas, llegando incluso un poco después del la hora del check-in y Rafaelle comprendió perfectamente la situación ayudándonos en todo momento. De hecho vino a recogernos a la parada del barco que venía desde el aeropuerto Muchas gracias Rafaelle!

− Estuvo todo bien, desafortunadamente por nuestro problema con la maleta al llegar no pudimos disfrutar de los servicios, pero la casa estaba bastante completa, a pesar de no ser muy ampllia.
