Appartamento ristrutturato di recente. Interni belli e funzionali. Possibilità di parcheggiare sotto casa. Aria condizionata presente solo in cucina, ma se usata bene raffresca anche la camera.

− Il materasso davvero scomodo (duro con le molle). La posizione è abbastanza comoda, ma c'è un ponte della ferrovia a 100 metri. Con le finestre chiuse si sente poco il passaggio del treno, ma se si lasciano aperte si sente parecchio. C'è anche una strada, anche se poco trafficata.
