Хорошее расположение. Хозяйка Майя сделала нам белый картон в полиции. Сама меня отвезла и привезла в номер.

− Ужасно грязно. Душ сломан, стиральная машина не работает. Следы ржавчины и грязи повсюду. В номере нужно менять сантехнику и мебель на новую. Лучше поднять цену , чем оставлять как есть дешево.

The landlord answered all my questions, since I left before the agreed date, she agreed not to take the amount for one day of stay

− The apartment was terribly dirty. The landlady said she hadn't checked the cleaning staff after previous guests, but judging by the condition of the apartment, it was clear it hadn't been cleaned for months. The floors were black, there was a lot of black mold, and the cigarette smell hadn't dissipated after three days of stay. Upon arrival at midnight, I washed the floors myself, dusted, and even washed the toilet, sink, soap dishes, and bathroom mirror, fridge! This is the minimum that must be in the premises for rent. I only washed what I'd used, so a fair amount of dirt remained. I didn't expect to find such a disgusting condition in a rented apartment. I don't understand where the good reviews come from
