Clean, price, friendly host, located near town centre

− Not much. Note - only one bathroom, but not an issue as we only stayed 1 night.

− Terrible experience at BnB in Hay. Host was hostile and invasive. Upon arrival, we had an extra guest and paid extra, no issues. But when family visited from another booking, host freaked out, accusing us of sneaking people in and revealed they have hidden cameras. The host was sitting out the front majority of the time watching us also, making our stay very uncomfortable. My kids were sleeping over, host saw on the camera and demanded $160 extra. We booked via booking.com, so I reached out for support. Host went ballistic, invaded our space and harassed us until we left. My disabled child was traumatised by the whole ordeal. Host even mocked us as we left. Avoid this property at all costs, it’s like staying in a surveillance nightmare. Host’s behaviour was unacceptable.
