1.0− Esperienza pessima e totalmente inaccettabile. Non ho mai ricevuto l’email con le istruzioni per il check-in da parte del proprietario, nonostante fosse fondamentale per accedere alla struttura. Il risultato? Alle 23 ci siamo ritrovati senza un posto dove dormire, abbandonati a noi stessi e costretti a cercare una soluzione all’ultimo minuto. Una gestione così superficiale e irresponsabile è semplicemente inammissibile. Sconsiglio vivamente.
