5.0Mieszkanie przestronne, czyste, dość dobrze wyposażone, w sypialni wygodny materac. Lokalizacja blisko autostrady.
− Lokalizacja w przemysłowej dzielnicy miasta, w starym budynku, generalnie okolica raczej nieprzyjemna. Mieszkanie na ostatnim piętrze bez windy, nie nadaje sie dla osob z niepelnosprawnosciami. Przede wszystkim beznadziejny sposob meldowania. Trzeba wypelnic internetowy formularz z podaniem danych osobowych wszystkich gosci lacznie z podaniem numerow dowodow osobistych oraz przeslaniem zdjeć dowodów, trzeba rowniez sie podpisac na telefonie pod regulaminem. Nastepnie trzeba zaplacic podatek miejscowy, bezprawnie pobrany za wszystkie osoby w tym za male dzieci mimo ze ich podatek nie dotyczy. Jesli ktoregos z punktow sie nie wykona to nie dostanie sie kodu do drzwi. Wiec jesli ktos planuje tutaj nocleg np. w drodze do domu i nie ma ochoty spedzic ostatniego dnia urlopu na klikaniu w telefon i wysylaniu swoich danych osobowych nie wiadomo komu pod groźbą pozostanie bez noclegu to zdecydowanie nie polecam.

5.0Die Lage ist in einem Sozialbau im 3. Stock ohne Lift, es war sauber und die Küche war komplett. Kaffeekapseln waren vorhanden und auch Tabs für den Geschirrspüler.
− Die Wohnung hat ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich, Duschkopf defekt, Kühlschrank Griff gebrochen, Schlafzimmertür Schanier gebrochen.. Fernseher ging nicht.. der Blick auf Kläranlage, Kohlelager Voest, Fußballstadion war nicht berühmt, die ganze Wohnhausanlage ist ziemlich heruntergekommen.. schmutzig.. der niedrige Preis hätte uns warnen sollen.. leider kommt am Wochenende auch niemand um etwas zu reparieren
