Very nice place, highly recommend! Beware of power outages in summer months and prepare accordingly!

Location was great! Place was very clean with no odors! The beds were not quite as advertised - the ad needs to be revised as it showed King or Queen beds in each room...

− There was an ant problem - ant traps could have been provided rather than spray, as the problem was in the kitchen area. Also the power was turned off part way through our stay. This was a planned outage by the power company, and cut our trip short, as the kitchen and jacuzzi were not useable at that point. Candles would have been nice as we had to rely on our phones for light which then ran out of charge. I would like to see the Power Outage policy for some return credit, as this was a planned event and we knew nothing about it. I know the Power outage is only announced a few days before it happens, and by then we had already booked weeks before, but I think there should still be some compensation for the renters (return 50% of the rental fee on days that experienced power outages or ?)... Thank you.

A lovely home approved and enjoyed by the entire family!

The small details the owners have added throughout the house are very welcoming. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has up to date appliances and is fully stocked with anything you might need for cooking. There were plenty of towels and linens provided for our family of four. Hot tub is well maintained and the fire pit on the porch made for a nice outdoor gathering area.

Comfy beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen, no ants this time (thank you!), door code was nice - no need for keys, but the code could have been easier to remember (maybe a famous date or ??), great kitchen appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, sink. Nice Smart-TV in living room that we used in the evenings with our own Netflix/Prime/YouTube accounts.

− 1. Please provide coffee filters... we bought a pack at Vons and left them for other guests. 2. Door to Master Bath stick and rubs at the top - simple fix, but needs to happen soon as the door skin is separating from the frame of the door each time the door is opened.
