A warm and comfortable stay

The annex is clean and modernly decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the underfloor heating warms the place up quickly. The coffee machine was great and the kitchen has all the basic essentials you need for your stay. The welcome book was useful. There's a nice little terrace outside the property overlooking a stream and gardens. A short walk to local pubs and cafes so the location was great. It's also a great place to stay and explore Cornwall. We had a very pleasant stay here and the property offers everything you need.

− The parking area needs a revamp. It was dark when we arrived and the parking space is awkward to park in which would of been ok if it was tidier and easier to see. There was some wood, ladders, taupulin, bags and a wheelie bin in the parking area making it difficult to park. It took us a while to park as we didn't want to hit anything. The whole area just needs a tidy up to make it easier and more welcoming. There is also no lighting in the parking area or along the path so a torch is needed. Some lights would make a big difference. Also a property sign by the parking space would also really help so if you arrive in the dark, you can see that your in the right place. The shower was not very hot or powerful and theres nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels.

Decor, internal layout and space, as well as small outdoor seating area. A nicely proportioned space for two.

Unfortunately my stay was cut short but I would stay here again.

The property is comfortable and in a good location for exploring the area.

− Unfortunately a fault with the boiler meant I had to move after a couple of nights to another property in the area which was found straight away for me.
