8.0Responsive and friendly host. Very clean throughout. Great location, short walk to beach. Children had own room. Bath and shower cubicle. Spacious lounge and useful things like drying rack for swimming things.
− Only small kitchenette, but as advertised and suited us for weekend stay.

8.0Ease of arrival instructions, lovely property and host. Close to Mumbles one way and Swansea the other. Far enough from main road for quiet time and close enough to catch a bus either way. Uber reasonable when we used. Went in the hottest time so bedroom very warm as in the roof but fan provided which was very useful and portable to move down to lounge. Shower very good with plenty of het water although had it warm given temperature. Small kitchen but all that we needed as no plans to prepare meals

8.0Fantastic location and great information on local restaurants, we loved Landlands.
− Bathroom felt unfinished which is a shame as looks so luxurious. cupboard under sink messy which is where people generally look for towels. Very clean though and check mastic in shower tray as seemed to crack. Would recommend new mattress or thick topper as quite uncomfortable. White pillow cases fantastic quality.
