Location was good

− The carpet in communal access coordinators is filthy and stinks. The lift is dirty and jerky. The apartment itself has a musty smell. The carpets in apartment were not vacuumed so crumbs and bits were everywhere. The bathroom stinks of mold and damp because extractor fan doesn’t work. Mattress is horrible, springy, uncomfortable and sagged in the middle. Two out of four pillows in the master bed had old, used, dusty pillow covers with hair from previous occupants. I would like to formally complain about this property as they have given false information and deceptive photos. It’s NOT an executive apartment at all.

− Phew… first of all we didn’t get the code to enter the main door so we had to wait until someone was coming g out the building to get access… we only had the code for the keys for our flat room… then the hot water wasn’t working g throughout our stay and even though we got in touch with someone they weren’t helpful really they said got water will come back in an hour after reset and still it didn’t we basically showered cold water 90% of the time
