We had a great stay at this lovely flat.

We were in London during a heat wave. The flat has a lovely breeze going through it when you open the windows, and in addition the two bedrooms are equipped with fans. It was very pleasant.

− The street entrance looks quite run down, but don’t be put off by this; we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the flat.

Absolutely nothing. The photos on the advert are very deceiving.

− This was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I have had. The photos make the apartment appear far better than the reality. We booked expecting a comfortable and clean stay, but within a few hours of arrival it became clear that the property and building were not being maintained to an acceptable standard. The “garden view” advertised in the listing is extremely misleading. There is no garden view – only a tree outside a dirty window. Cleanliness was a major issue throughout the property. We found hair on the bedding upon arrival, hair in the bathtub, a dirty cup left on the bathroom sink, mould around the window sills, and generally poor attention to cleanliness throughout the apartment. The coffee container also had visible residue and grime inside, suggesting it had not been properly cleaned between guests. The building itself was equally disappointing. The communal areas were dirty, there were rubbish bags left outside, and the overall environment felt neglected and poorly maintained. The Wi-Fi was unreliable despite being advertised as an included amenity. As I was travelling for work and had meetings scheduled, this created a significant problem. The key collection process was inconvenient and required walking to a separate location with luggage, which was particularly difficult as I was travelling with my elderly father. The large number of stairs also made the stay unsuitable for our circumstances. What was most frustrating, however, was the complete lack of willingness to take responsibility once these issues were raised. We reported our concerns immediately, checked out after only one night, provided extensive photographic evidence, and attempted to resolve the matter through Booking.com. Despite this, the host refused any refund for the unused nights and repeatedly relied on the cancellation policy rather than addressing the substance of the complaints. I cannot recommend this property.

Great apartment, great location, excellent service

The apartment was beautiful and extremely clean and comfortable. The weather was extremely hot but the building was beautifully cool and there were two excellent fans in the apartment. The location is brilliant, near shops, bars and restaurants. Everything you could possibly need. And of course just 1 minute from Camberwell Green- a wonderful place to enjoy the outdoors. I had problems with the booking.com app and couldn't see the messages but the owner was extremely kind and helpful throughout, sendingme informationother ways. On the 2nd day, my son accidentally locked us out of the apartment. The owner was so kind, patient and helpful even though he was away, he arranged for us to get a spare set. I would definitely recommend this apartment to people and would love to go back again.

Quisiera compartir mis comentarios sobre mi reciente estadía. El alojamiento cuenta con una excelente conectividad y, aunque la primera impresión del barrio no fue la mejor, resultó ser una zona muy tranquila. El departamento estaba muy limpio y contaba con lo básico para la estancia. Sin embargo, me gustaría sugerir algunas mejoras que espero puedan considerar a corto plazo: - Renovar las almohadas y el colchón. - Mejorar la calidad de la ropa de cama. - Actualizar los utensilios básicos de cocina.

Logement petit mais central pour visiter Londres

La facilité pour récupérer les clefs. La réactivité du propriétaire (il manquait un drap et on est venu l'apporter dans la demi-heure). Le rapport qualité prix, pas cher pour un logement à Londres. De nombreux bus dans le quartier.

− L'odeur de moisi dans la cage d'escalier. Le logement est bien pour deux couples mais nous étions avec 3 ados et les lits c'était un peu juste. Deuxième chambre avec un petit lit double et le troisième a du dormir dans le salon. Vaisselle un peu juste pour 5 aussi.
