Scary and miserable
1.0− The host did not send me the entry codes until almost 7pm, nearly 3 hours after check in. I had to book a nearby hotel because I was afraid I’d be homeless for the night. Communication was awful from the start and I was not able to reach the host. I did not end up staying at the property and had one of my worst travel experiences of my life stressing out for 3 hours and staying in an awful hotel which was the only one with availability.

7.0− J'ai reçu les codes de la boite à clé 45 minutes après le début de check-in (16h) et j'ai donc du attendre devant l'immeuble sans pouvoir accéder au logement. J'ai pensé que c'était une arnaque. J'ai appelé plusieurs le propriétaire et j'ai envoyé des messages sans réponse. Au bout des 45 minutes (il était presque 17h), le propriétaire a finalement envoyé les codes sans s'excuser.
