6.0La localización es muy buena, cerca de todo, máximo 15 minutos en coche. El personal muy amable.
− Está al lado de la carretera y hay mucho ruido. La puerta del baño no cerraba correctamente. No había aire acondicionado y hacia bastante calor. Además las luces de fuera se mantenían encendidas toda la noche y entraba bastante luz por la ventana.

1.0− Unprofessional Extortion and Disrespectful Service – Avoid at All Costs! I travel all over the world frequently, and this is by far the worst hospitality experience I have ever encountered. We attempted to resolve a booking issue with the hotel a day before arrival, but they insisted everything be handled through Booking.com. However, upon check-in, the front desk demanded an unreasonable and exorbitant additional fee of $60 USD per room just to let us into our rooms. The service was beyond appalling. We dealt with a young female staff member who spoke fluent English but used it to be incredibly condescending. While we were on the phone with Booking.com trying to mediate the situation, she was literally filing her nails with a contemptuous smirk, dismissively stating there was "no other way" but to pay their extra fee they asked. The hotel was completely unyielding, even when speaking directly to the Booking.com representative. Because of this blatant price-gouging and the insulting, "couldn't-care-less" attitude of the staff, we chose to walk away and find another hotel nearby. This establishment lacks basic professional ethics and treats guests with utter disdain. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. (I would give 0 stars if possible)
