Bajo pequeño y cómodo en barrio tranquilo
9.0Camas muy cómodas y el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. Se trata de un barrio obrero tranquilo y había comercios y supermercados a menos de 100m. Se aparca con facilidad, aunque se trata de Zona azul de ORA

10.0Estaba muy limpio y acogedor. Parada de Bus en la puerta para comodidad de movernos al centro sin agobios

− El mobiliario está muy destartalado, en el sofá cama no se puede dormir porque en el salón no hay persianas y entre la Luz que entra y el ruido de la calle es imposible. La limpieza regular.
