This place was filthy, it's on a sketchy block littered with homeless people and rats. Parking is impossible and this is an apartment building with a tight security trance door that isn't convenient for bringing luggage, there is no elevator and stairs are dreadful especially with luggage. The place looked surface clean but was filthy. The building in itself is unsafe.
