We felt insecure during our stay.
2.0The place was very clean. Host was responsive and helpful to our messages.
− In the middle of the night, there was someone peering into our house through the window. Only when confronted then he hastily left. The fact that this could happen in a gated property with security guards confounded us. The property can be very clean, very well kept, in a very convenient location. But to me, once security is compromised, everything else does not matter anymore.

− Lack of wash basin at the level 2 common toilet and heater doesn’t seem to be working at level 1 toilet.
