− All the hoops you had to jump through to get the check in details, names of other people attending which was sent several times, every time a message was sent there where no links attached, IT WAS A REALLY STRESSFUL BOOKING PROCESS, still not received a invoice after nearly two weeks

− Heating was minimal. Tap in the kitchen for washing-up was always cold. Cottage-like apartment. Snug, but as we are a company of 5 adults - was not comfortable. I thought at first they allocate me in a first floor apartment (no 4), later that I knew we were allocated in the 2nd floor (roof turned into rooms, no 6). In a way, frustrated, because we stayed for 6 nights. But we were too busy (moving house) to complain to make things better for us. Btw, isn’t it supposed to be that making it comfortable for the guests is the job of the host?

− The bedrooms both have a window that doesn't have a curtain, so impossible to keep it dark. On our second night there some neighbours had a party downstairs until the middle of the night, so we slept terribly.
