8.0The location and near a cheap car park, its near all local amenities too. We had a few issues wity the room to start with, the host was easy to talk to and fixed those for me asap.
− Was a bit noisy bjt nothing bad as it is the town centre so expected.

9.0Brilliant place in the perfect location, pubs all around with loud music but was all finished and quiet around 11.30pm
− Didn’t have a duvet for the sofa bed so had to use the small blanket

1.0Nothing!!!.Arrived to smashed glass by the outer gate,rat running around the yard.Steep stairs to the entrance.Inside the rooms were very dark and drab..The bedding looked dirty and poor quality.The bed had certainly seen better days.All in all awful.
− As above..Messaged the owner who wasn't interested at all.Sign on gate broken off so had to ask the bar below where it was. The owner wasn't interested.Said broken glass and rat wasn't his problem.We had to leave,couldn't stay there as too awful.We were not offered a replacement room as also stated by the owner..
