10.0Sala ampla, mesa de jantar ótima. Camas limpas e confortáveis e com todos os quartos climatizados.. Banheiros com chuveiros bons. Cozinha com o básico. Ótima localização.
− Controle do portão com defeito. Dificuldade na identificação do apt, existe 2 blocos, porém, sem identificao. Apts que possuem números iguais. Chave da entrada do apt emperrando. Tampa do vaso sanitário quebrada. Garagem estreita, carros como caminhonetes e SUVs, devem encontrar dificuldade na manobra.
