− Quizás una reforma del baño que tiene ducha ya que no es accesible para gente con silla de ruedas o problemas de movilidad ya que la ducha tiene un altillo que dificulta su entrada. Mejora del mobiliario algo antiguo.

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed, allowing us to cook whatever we wanted and set the table beautifully. There are beautiful dishes, tablecloths, etc. The lovely terrace is perfect for breakfasts accompanied by birdsong. In the morning, the sun shines on the terrace, and we enjoyed it every day with our morning coffee. If the sun becomes too intense, there's a sun umbrella available in the apartment. I think it would be great for dining on hot summer evenings, as it's shady at that time. We liked the mattresses in the bedrooms; they were comfortable for all of us. Most of the pillows were also good, though not all (this largely depends on personal preferences). The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a shower, and there's a guest toilet near the living room. The apartment is stocked with essential cleaning supplies, oil, salt, and some other spices, which is very convenient. Thank you, Rui. All appliances worked well, and the apartment was very clean. Each bedroom and the living room have air conditioning, but it's important to note that you can't run the air conditioning and, for example, the induction stove at the same time due to power limitations. It's something to get used to, but overall, it's not a big issue. The air conditioning in the living room seemed a bit underpowered for us, but it was cold outside during our stay. The apartment has a fireplace with good draft, and there's a barbecue on the terrace, though we didn’t use it. Firewood for the fireplace can be purchased at the nearest supermarket. The nearest supermarkets are about 4-5 minutes away by car, which is very convenient. A great Italian restaurant is just a 3-minute walk away and is open all day. The garden with pools in front of the terrace was completely deserted during our stay; none of the pools were heated, and the bar was closed.

− We thought one of the pools would be heated, but that wasn't the case. In the evenings, it was a bit difficult to stay warm in the living room without using the fireplace. However, I can still recommend this apartment for a peaceful, comfortable family holiday. We got exactly what we wanted. There are plenty of places to visit and things to see nearby.

− Sun wasn’t on the balcony during the day. This would be fine during the hot summer but would have been nice to have in October.

PERFECT holiday. we wouldn't change a thing. Rui was great. Everything close by. Apartment perfect.

perfect location. lovely surroundings. easy to get to the pools. choice of 3 pools. safe enclosure for kids to play freely. accommodation was well laid out. lots of places to sit and eat/relax. spacious. 3 bathrooms. use of umbrella/towels/mat for beach/pools. we didn't really ever struggle for sun loungers at our desired pool. there are rules visible to say you cant reserve sun loungers but some people ignored this. I'm sure if you told the barman, he would take the other people's towels in if you needed a sun lounger. quiet neighbourhood. safe to run a short 5km route around millionaire's row back to the apartment a couple of times. hot water available at all times. supermarkets close by in all directions. aldi cheapest. close to airport. close to beaches. lots of places to eat around vilamoura, quarteira and the close vicinity. we had a car which made things easy. we even needed to see a doctor on a sunday which was easy enough in loule. loule also has a great saturday market to explore. its a lovely little town. we want to come back and explore more but also enjoy the easy ability to just chill out in the complex.

− Portuguese electrics haven't improved in the time I've been away. Having too many things on tripped the electrics. notably when cooking using the oven and the hob at the same time. This isn't the fault of the owner at all though and fully understand that this is just how it is in summer.
