Good place to stay but need to make self check-in easier and after hours support available.

Good place quiet and peaceful and cozy perfect for family getaway.

− Customer support was not responsive. No after-hours support, We called 3 times. all we got is a "messaging service" that will relay our concerns to the relative person and promised for a call back, the call back was not until the following morning 11am. We managed to check in at 5am in the morning! After putting a card deposit of $500. imagine if that was an elderly people trying to self check-in. Self check-in shouldn't be that hard. Normally they send a text message with all the information needed to check in after hours. I tried to give that feedback of making it easier self check-in but the customer service on the phone was not really open to feedback.
