Het complex ligt midden in een rustige woonwijk met vriendelijke omwonenden. We konden zelfstandig naar binnen en alles wees zich vanzelf. Dat zorgde voor een prettige aankomst. De appartementen waren schoon, ruim en voorzien van voldoende faciliteiten en keukengerei.
− Wat ons als eerste opviel, was dat er alleen langs de openbare weg geparkeerd kon worden. Daardoor moesten we soms wat verder van het appartement parkeren. Daarnaast maakten de houten vloeren het complex behoorlijk gehorig. Het ontbreken van gordijnen in de slaapkamers betekende bovendien laat naar bed en vroeg weer op. Tijdens de warme dagen maakten we regelmatig gebruik van de douche. Omdat er slechts één set handdoeken per persoon beschikbaar was, was dat wat onpraktisch. De (slaap)banken in het appartement op de eerste verdieping waren enigszins doorgezakt, waardoor je innig kennismaakte met het stalen binnenwerk. Gelukkig hoefden wij de slaapbank niet te gebruiken; anders had een bezoek aan de fysiotherapeut wellicht op het programma gestaan. Tot slot waren er nog enkele kleinere aandachtspunten: een beperkt aantal stopcontacten, een kapot douchegordijn, geen antislipmat in het bad op de eerste verdieping (waardoor onze bijna 80-jarige moeder helaas flink is uitgegleden), enkele klemmende ramen en een keuken waar de plinten ontbraken.

Die Größe der Wohnung,begehbare Dusche. Sitzgelegenheit vor der Tür, leider keine Aussicht, da in 1m Entfernung Büsche standen.
