− 3 flights of stairs. key pickup and return was ok but required time and not convenient.

8.0Spacious, comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. Great coastal view and easy short walk to beach via path from garden Plenty of parking, in garage and visitors spaces.

8.0Spacious comfortable apartment with great ocean views. Clean and the kitchen was well supplied with utensils etc.
− No aircon. No BBQ. No lift, lots of stairs to access the apartment. Parking not suitable for larger vehicles. Common areas dirty.
