8.0Location was great, having the boat to tool around was awesome! The house is large and well equipped.
− The kitchen though well stocked was old and decrepit, the pans were all beaten up and dirty. The bed sheets were very cheap and scratchy. Mattresses not the best...
Hot tub! Manatees! Mermaids! Everything I want in a Florida winter getaway experience
10.0The house was clean and very nice, the hot tub was also very clean, there was a good amount of kitchen utensils to cook with and a gas grill, and the use of the boats made our trip extra special. Also, it was really nice that they didn't charge extra cleaning and pet fees, and really wanted us to get the most out of our experience by not having to do much cleaning before we left.

10.0We enjoyed staying here. The bed across from the bunk beds was comfy. AC was nice and cold. The hot tub was great! I went kayaking from the property and went quite far. I really enjoyed that. This was a nice, very roomy home in a quiet neighborhood. There was a large living area/game room but also plenty of room to sit outside too.

− The room by game room did not have much AC, so you need to leave door open when you sleep in there.
Great Stay for Family!
9.0Cute and clean home with comfortable beds. Being back in the canal made privacy good. Loved the hot tub and two trolling motors for the boats. Longer life batteries and a river map would have been a good value add. We bought longer life batteries at Rural King for our week so we could go out farther and longer on the river.
