Truly exceptional, especially the attitude of the staff
10.0Highlights were the stunning location, the kind and welcoming staff, the impressive room, the fantastic swimming pool. Special thank you to: - Annie and Jayla at the front desk, who made our stay very smooth and gave us bottles of water and snacks at check-out - our massage therapists Lê Nhân, Xuân, Nhàn, Tâm and Trinh who kept us coming back for more massages - the wait staff at the restaurant, who were generous and attentive with very good English We just left the hotel today and we already miss it!

10.0We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making me feel valued throughout my visit. The room was spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The hotel’s facilities were excellent, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious, fresh food, and every meal I had was of a very high standard. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions while still providing a quiet and tranquil environment. Every member of staff went above and beyond to provide outstanding service, always with a smile. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, exceptional hospitality, and excellent value for money. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!
