− Bed sheets were not clean. Bathroom had flies, not cleaned, no shower.
Booking.com doesn’t have control over it’s partnered hotels. Even after booking confirmation hotel is denying room

− Receptionist didn’t provided the room saying there is no booking from your website, however he provided a room through cash payment. Are hotels taking Booking.com for a ride and it’s customer too?

1.0They are thieves, they get RS 1000 day time by google pay, when I came night they said we don’t receive money, I showed them the prove I paid, the after long discussion with different telephone they said yes we received money, Finally I got my money back the after 3 hours night I have to find another hotel.Hotel Sunrise is nightmare, so I don’t advise any gust to book this hotel.
