Good location suited our needs.

Property was close to where we needed it near roche estate . Everything was in the villa that was needed to make the stay comfortable.

− The price was hefty for two nights. But that’s what’s expected I guess. Tv in main lounge we couldn’t get normal tv which was annoying. The house wasn’t clean clean felt like it hadn’t been stayed in for a while bugs etc needed. Good dust. But it was fine .

− Property is getting old and needs a refresh. No extra kitchen ameneties provided, very basic. For example no coffee machine tablets, shower gel provided but no shampoo..

We really enjoyed the proximity to lunch and dinner spots

− The fireplace that was advertised didn’t work and the tv didn’t work, would be fine, however, travelled with my elderly parents and they were freezing in the house so they had very little time inside the house due to this to enjoy any views.

It is really unfair that these are "private villas" that do not have access to the facilities because they dont share in the maintenance costs and yet we were charged a bomb. We were very disappointed and wont be booking through this website again for Cypress Lakes.
