− It was absolutely dirty, cobwebs everywhere , hadn’t been cleaned at all Cutlery and cooking utensils were disgusting with stale food left on them and rusty, obviously not done any pre arrival checks Dirty socks left from previous customer left in bedroom Bed in main bedroom was so lumpy had to sleep on sofas Shower head wouldn’t stay up Outside gutters had greenery growing out of them Again cobwebs everywhere Dirty windows Green on decking Half of the cushions missing for outdoor furniture Cracked and uneven paving around the hot tub but worst of all paid a premium for the hot tub which was unusable after the first night because the filter needed changing This should be a automatic check before arrivals It was so disappointing we left a day early , and this was booked for partners birthday!!!!!!! And also because as an asthmatic and copd it exacerbated my condition !!!!!!!
Amazing location and a lovely hot tub after a day of walking
9.0The property is amazing in a lovely quiet setting. The comfiest sofas we’ve ever had in a caravan.
− My score would have been a straight 10/10, but we found the bed really uncomfortable and squeaky. Didn’t have a great nights sleep whilst there.
Excellent location for exploring the Northampton villages and castles. Good cabin but hot tub area needs to be addresse
6.0The property was relatively clean and spacious and well equipped. The beds were comfortable with plenty of space for clothing.
− The hot tub area was very unkempt and looked very uninviting. It was full of weeds and cracked pavers making the steps into the hot tub a little wobbly therefore feeling unsafe for those with any mobility issues. Once in the hot tub it was lovely and the right temperature.
