10.0Sehr gute Lage! Sehr schöne Wohnung in einem sehr schönen Haus. Parkplätze sind nicht weit weg, allerdings teuer, was in einer Großstadt auch nicht verwunderlich ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars für das Frühstück gibt es reichlich. Beim nächsten Besuch würde ich die Wohnung gerne wieder mieten.

10.0The apartment is spacious, elegant, well-maintained, quiet, and with a pleasant view over a courtyard. The equipment in the apartment worked smoothly. In particular, the air-conditioning was highly effective. The location is excellent - right in the heart of Turin, and near tram and bus routes.

9.0Appartamento spazioso, cuscini e materasso ottimi. Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti ed è ideale per la posizione vicino al centro.

8.0Very good location in the city center. The room was spacious with all kitchen facilities.
− Air conditioning (AC) was an issue, the apartment had a portable AC but there was no exhaust system in place and we had to keep the window partially open to direct the hot air exhaust out of the room!! Furthermore, there was no facility to discard the water produced and they had a bucket in the bed room to collect the water!! Finally, AC was only offered for one room and not the whole apartment. The other living area only had a fan which was an issue especially since we were there with temperatures reaching above 38-40oC.

− La pulizia non era ottima, ed essendo un appartamento sotto tetto c'è molto calore (gli host ci hanno lasciato un condizionatore portatile con tubo, che ha comunque reso le notti vivibili).

9.0Es apartamento está en un edificio antiguo y está totalmente renovado. Es muy amplio, cómodo y muy bien equipado. El barrio es muy bueno . Céntrico , cerca de Piazza san Carlo pero en una calle muy tranquila. Hay un supermercado a 1 cuadra y varios restaurantes cerca.
− Tuvimos muchos problemas con la llave del portón . Es antiguo y no abre bien. No tuvimos buena comunicación con el anfitrión . El portero finalmente nos dio varias indicaciones.
