10.0La casa è molto semplice, ma assolutamente adatta ad un soggiorno sull'isola e dotata di tutto il necessario. La strada per arrivare un po' bruttina, ma andando piano si gestisce benissimo. La posizione è il punto migliore di questa struttura. Il silenzio ed il panorama che ti puoi godere sono impagabili. Allo stesso tempo, in 5 minuti, si è nel centro di Capoliveri, dove non manca niente. Andrea, il proprietario, disponibile ed attento. Ci è rimasta veramente nel cuore.

10.0Esperienza più che positiva, L'appartamento indipendente si trova insieme ad altri nelle colline di Capoliveri, in mezzo alla natura con una vista fantastica. Andrea e suo papà Massimo sono proprietari davvero gentilissimi e molto disponibili che si offrono anche di consigliarti il meglio dell'isola. La strada per arrivare alla fine è fattibilissima sia di giorno che con il buio, basta avere qualche accortezza e andare piano.
Ci vengo spesso all'elba e la zona di questa casa è meravigliosa, vista incantevole.
8.0− la strada per arrivarci, è presente una salita con terreno molto rovinato a causa delle radici e altro Se non fosse possibile sistemarlo, sarebbe utile avvisarlo con anticipo ai clienti per potersi organizzare e preparare di conseguenza.

Quiet retreat with a great sea view.
9.0On a hill in a very quiet area with a great view out to the ocean and the Tuscan mainland. Great communication and helpful suggestions from the host. Ability to use the parking at the owner's other property you access a lovely little swimming cove. Well equipped except for dish-washing supplies.
− Linens (professionally cleaned and even pressed!) were supplied in a package and you make the bed yourself.
