4.0− O tratamento do anfitrião deixou a desejar devido a falta de comunicação, com falta de feedback para realizarmos o check-in. Além disso, infelizmente, durante a minha estadia, ocorreu de alguém da equipe abrir a porta do quarto com outra chave, eu dentro do quarto. Eu gritei, pois estava na cama, e ainda me perguntaram por onde eu havia reservado o quarto, com a porta entreaberta. Foi uma situação MUITO constrangedora. Nunca havia acontecido comigo e me passou uma sensação de insegurança.
