Had what we needed. Good communication. Easy check in. Off street parking was good.

− With a car, it was great. If you’re walking, it’s a little inconvenient to grocery and restaurants.

Apartamento ok para uns dias

As camas são muito confortáveis e o apartamento estava impecavelmente limpo. O estacionamento é bastante conveniente, embora a saída tenha pouca visibilidade.

− Contactei o proprietário devido à falta de uma cortina. O contacto foi educado, mas algo distante, nem sequer perguntou se estava tudo bem ou se precisávamos de alguma coisa. Claro que tudo é relativo e depende da importância que damos a esses detalhes. Achei também a casa bastante fria. Antes de sair, por volta das 18h, deixámos o ar condicionado ligado porque íamos voltar com as crianças (regressámos às 21h30). No entanto, o ar condicionado desligou-se sozinho, imagino que por questões de poupança energética, e o apartamento estava gelado, literalmente. Compreendo a necessidade de poupar no consumo, mas, ainda mais com crianças, a situação foi desagradável. Além disso, achámos que os cobertores do sofá eram pequenos; os maiores tivemos de os colocar nas camas.

Voor dagtripjes prima, maar geen privé om buiten te zitten

Het huisje was prima, alles aanwezig, hygiënisch prima en een goede locatie om vanuit daar dagtripjes te maken naar bv. Lissabon en Sintra

− Geen privé tuin en buitenmeubelen om op te zitten. De tuin was er wel, maar erg aan onderhoud onderhevig. Een kleine opknapbeurt van tuin en overkapping inclusief aanschaf van tuinmeubelen, dan wordt de locatie nog beter. En waarschijnlijk nog beter/ hoger aangeschreven.

Logement propre et cocooning

Appartement bien situé pour visiter Sintra, Lisbonne, Nazaré, Obidos. Très propre et cocooning. On peut se garer devant le logement ( dans la cour privée du logement).

− La terrasse est pile devant la fenêtre du propriétaire.Malgré leur discrétion, on ne s'en est pas servi.
