Geräumige Wohnung in sehr guter Lage ... aber ohne funktionierenden Fahrstuhl.

Die Wohnung ist hell und geräumig. Im Master bathroom ist eine schöne Walk-in-Dusche

− Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock, und der Fahrstuhl funktionierte nicht. Obwohl wir den Vermieter umgehend informiert haben und er das Problem auch bestätigt hat, wurde von seiner Seite nichts unternommen, um den Fahrstuhl reparieren zu lassen. Als ich am Ende des Aufenthalts den Vermieter um eine wie immer geartete Entschädigung dafür gebeten habe, wurden meine Nachrichten einfach ignoriert. Ohne Fahrstuhl hätte ich die Wohnung nie gebucht! So aber hatte ich den Eindruck, dass das Problem schon seit längerer Zeit existiert, der Vermieter aber einfach nichts dagegen zu tun gedenkt. Letzlich habe ich von Booking.com eine Entschädigung in Form einer Gutschrift in meiner Wallet erhalten. Ich empfehle daher allen Interessenten, sich vorher bestätigen zu lassen, dass der Fahrstuhl auch wirklich funktioniert.
