L'accueil, la taille du logement très confortable, la disponibilité du personnel, leur conseil sur les sorties et leur aide pour les organiser, le petit déjeuner différent chaque matin bref on était au top.

− Le réseau wifi était un peu lent selon les enfants, mais est ce que l'on vient aux Galapagos pour internet ?

Large condo, each bedroom with its own bath. perfect for 4 people.

The condo was large and beautiful. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bath. Breakfast was delicious and the hot tub was nice at the end of the day. Free snorkeling gear was a bonus!

− The hosts did not speak English and there was confusion about the price. I had confirmed that we would not have to pay VAT, but when we arrived, I was told that if we used a credit card, we would have to pay the 15% VAT (which seems excessive). I did not have enough cash, so had to borrow some, then go to the ATM the next day. If I had been told in advance, I could have decided whether to collect more money from the group OR bring enough cash.
