View is incredible. Its also very well located with Calpe Town a very nice 15 mins seafront walk one way and the 2nd large beach area 10 mins walk the other way and the marina restaurants even closer. Also bars just outside the property. Large apartment, large balcony, huge TV. Kettle broke and agents replaced with a new one immediately even though a weekend. A special place.

− 250 euro deposit charged to card (not held, actually charged) and not refunded until a week after we left. Access to car park is crazy through a very narrow car lift where the doors shut after 2 seconds - really hap hazard to get it to work. Had to remove all our rubbish from the bins when we left.

Definitely recommend this apartment for those who value location and view. Highly recommended.

Beautiful views and a very convenient location right on the beach with the added benefit of the small pool and sunbathing area. Apartment was clean well equipped and quiet. Living space was generous which mattered to us as we travelled as two couples sharing.

− It was quite expensive for what it was and there were no little touches we have had in other cheaper apartments like toiletries etc. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. The only thing we really didn’t like was the underground garage. It took us a little while to figure out how to use it but even once we had the sensers on what is a very tight garage door didn’t work and the doors kept trying to shut while driving through it. I had to physically hold the door like a lift while my husband drove through to avoid any hire car scratches.

Schitterend uitzicht, aan een rustig stukje boulevard. Dicht bij een prima strandje, 3 min wandelen. Appartement was mooi, twee ruime slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en nog een kamer met stapelbed (iets minder) Strandstoeltjes en parasols aanwezig Mooi balkon! En nogmaals schitterend uitzicht. Zwembad was prima, vaak voor privé gebruik ) werd summier gebruikt) Eigen parkeer gelegenheid ( wel krap je moet niet een te grote auto hebben)
