1.0Nothing apart from the location
− What could be done better? Well for a start it would have been nice to stay in the advertised/pictured property which we believed we had booked. Instead we were given a poxy bedsit which needed a serious clean. Advertised as having wifi which it did but that's not much use without an internet connection is it? This also meant the TV didn't work as it was apparently a 'smart' TV, not so smart without internet though. It would also have been nice to not have the adjacent bedsit occupied by a couple who were having a row at about 2am and it seems setting off the fire alarm before they left/split up meaning we were stood outside in the rain until 3am while the fire brigade attended. There were many more issues I could list like a non-working fridge, poor bed etc etc but hopefully you get the gist. We paid a decent amount of money for this falsely advertised property and when I complained to booking.com they gave me just 30% of my hard earned money back. The fact that we were staying there to attend my mother in law's funeral meant we had a really miserable time. Neither the owner or booking.com cared though. If this property is still being advertised be very very cautious as you may not get the property you think you're getting.

10.0Everything. Beautiful apartment, lovely and clean and comfortable. Location made us feel very safe too.
− No mugs in the kitchen, regardless of there being a kettle. No issue though, we grabbed a couple of cheap ones from one of the many local shops on the highstreet!
