− I am totally traumatized with this apartment, me and my family came all the way from Nigeria since 5:30am had to squat around waiting for check in at 4pm. Only to arrive here and the entire apartment is very dirty. From the entrance of the apartment very dirty with cobwebs. The main trash bin outside filled up with dirts, the walk way and living room dusty with dirts on the floor. The kitchen have no cooking pots The rooms and toilet very dusty and dirty. No bin nylon available No iron available The garden is very dirty with Cigarette and Dog poo every 🤮 This is a very terrible experience Why did we have to check in very late when the apartment was not going to be cleaned????

− The bathroom needs cleaning properly, no step to front door, new pillows and bedding needed and the stair carpet needs a proper clean and bedroom door needs fixing
