Réservation non honorée et communication inexistante. Décevant.

− Logement modifié sans accord préalable, probablement pour éviter une perte financière. Méthode peu honnête. Nous n'avons communiqué que par SMS, les clefs étaient dans un boitier. Madame Brigitte ne répond pas au tél. on n'a pas eu l'occasion de se parler de vive voix, pourtant elle habite juste à côté. Il faut se méfier de cette location, si j'avais sélectionner le RDC c'était pour une bonne raison qu'elle n'a même pas considéré même sur le SMS qu'elle nous a envoyé après lui avoir demandé des explications. Un manque de transparence qui laisse un goût amer.
