10.0Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout le personnel a été exceptionnel par sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité. Un grand merci à Salih, qui parle français et nous a énormément aidés pour nos réservations et nos déplacements. Son aide a été précieuse tout au long de notre séjour. Merci également à Emrah, Turgam et Timur, toujours très serviables, accueillants et prêts à rendre service. Nous souhaitons aussi remercier les équipes du petit-déjeuner : Semra, Yagmur et Seyda, qui nous ont accueillis chaque matin avec le sourire et leur bonne humeur. Leur gentillesse a rendu nos petits-déjeuners très agréables. L'hôtel est très propre et idéalement situé, à proximité du tramway et des principaux sites historiques d'Istanbul. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
