8.0Great location in the centre of Kendal and especially good to have parking. Comfortable beds. Very quiet.
− Strange smell coming from rugs or carpet downstairs but could easily be rectified with a professional clean.

10.0Good location and a very nice house. Two good bathrooms and a cosy living room. Kind enough to leave biscuits for when we arrived. Parking was not as difficult as others have made out. Easy to check in and out and would highly recommend.

10.0Everything was great. The property itself, the location, how quiet it was. Brilliant.
− The only thing I can think of that was a bit annoying was the creaky floorboards, particularly in the main bedroom.

− Our stay was short but if a longer period a washing machine would be helpful although you are close to town to find a laundry service.
