9.0We have stayed 4 nights in this flat during our trip around Kyrgyzstan. Location is perfect, around are supermarket, some coffeeshops and restaurants. Flat is comfortable for short or long time stay. Clear instructions from owner for check-in process. Beautiful view from balcony on mountains 🏔️
− Bathroom looks little bit old and need some renovations (as my opinion).

9.0La valutazione è riferita agli standard della zona e al rapporto qualità-prezzo. Per questo prezzo la struttura va più che bene, offre tutti i servizi, la zona è piuttosto centrale anche se lo stabile non è recente. L'host è stato molto gentile e premuroso e ha assecondato tutte le mie richieste di anticipare il pernottamento.
− Non è stato semplice aprire la porta del bagno e accendere l'acqua calda della doccia.

10.0Очень хорошая квартира и удачно расположена. Хозяин даёт подробные инструкции и видео по заселению. А так же все названия и координаты где можно поесть, в какае магазины сходить и что рядом посмотреть. Квартира чистая, новый ремонт. Оснащена всем от посуды до беспроводного пылесоса, удобная кровать, отличная эргономика хранения. Там есть фен, полный набор посуды, плита, микроволновка, кофеварка, разные чайники, телевизор с интернетом, ютуб и нетфликс. Можно регулировать уровень тепла в квартире. Можно пешком за 20 минут добраться до главных мест города. А на такси / машине за 20 минут до базы отдыха с термальными бассейнами. Лучше чем дома)
Общее впечатление о проживании положительное. Уютная и чистая квартира, удобные условия.
9.0В целом проживание оставило положительное впечатление. Понравилась чистота, уют и наличие всего необходимого для комфортного отдыха. Также удобное расположение — это большой плюс.
− Из минусов — хотелось бы отметить, что постельное бельё было изношенным и синтетическим, из-за чего было не очень комфортно спать.😕
