the flat was good value, but town and location disappointing not close to beaches.

− Access to property was very dirty, stairs were very steep.
Beware the stairs!
4.0Spacious place and it was nice that there were two bathrooms. Generally clean and tidy and pretty quiet.
− This was a decent place to stay but I felt really let down by the long, steep flight of filthy stairs that led to the front door. My elderly mum had to crawl up and down them and really struggled. The key safe was in an odd place and I had to squeeze behind a van and through weeds to get to it. Cupboard doors had no handles which isn't because they've come off, it's just an odd design.
Booked for a colleague who was attending an event near by. It was great and would stay again.

− Lack of WiFi which affected Alexa and ps4 which were provided. Steep stairs but fine for us. Not enough cutlery for a family of four.
