− Le manque d'équipements, la piscine peu attrayante, un four sans plat à four, pas de micro ondes, pas de grille pain, pas de lampe de chevets, très peu de prises de courant, un éclairage uniquement par plafonnier, et les chats beaucoup très présents et collants, les cris répétés des coqs. Aucun confort du canapé et des fauteuils (dossiers en bois). Manque d'intimité de la pièce de vie, qui donne sur la piscine partagée. Le propriétaire aurait tout intérêt à investir quelques euros pour rendre l'espace un peu plus agréable. Mauvaise économie, car il y gagnerait en louant sûrement davantage.
