10.0The location is very close to the sea, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Easy independent check-in and good communication with the owner. Nearby there is a restaurant with authentic Italian food and a supermarket. We highly recommend it!

6.0The apartment itself was wonderful, very spacious, clean, and featured a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful sea-view balcony. The location is perfect, being incredibly close to the beach and everything we needed.
− The elevator was broken, and the host never warned us, despite knowing we were checking in with an 8-month-old baby. Climbing to the 4th floor multiple times a day in +38°C heat with a stroller, a baby, and heavy beach bags was an absolute nightmare and completely unacceptable.
A surcharge of Euro 20 applies for arrivals after check-in hours , specifically from 8 PM - 10 PM o'clock. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
We inform you that from 2 December 2024 the renovation works on the external facades of the building will begin, this will cause some nuisance, you may experience noise from 8:00 to 16:00 and the construction site scaffolding will be erected in front of the windows to carry out the works. It is expected that these works will be carried out in 3/4 months, therefore December 2024, January, February and March 2025. We ask for your understanding, we invite you to contact us for any request.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
