− Having to collect the key from a mile away when I didn't have a car
Loved the location & the designer accommodation.
10.0The view was amazing. The property was beautifully designed, clean & comfortable. Fantastic historical setting. We loved taking the ferry to Mount Edgecumbe. Stunning countryside.

− collection/return of key from remote location (you need a car), confusion over pre-booking parking, agents pre-booking links that I could not make work.
Lovely flat. Great location and views. Bath taps and plug need maintaining!
8.0− Website wasn't very clear when logging in. Collecting the keys involving a 10 minute car journey was a nuisance. We purchased parking for 2 days. No information on where to park in RWY and received ticket for not displaying permit (which I didn't receive) I have appealed.
Interesting renovated historic property in iconic waterfront location

− Picking up key from different location at allocated time then had to wait half an hour for the girl to get back. Got booked for parking while taking luggage upstairs. No breakfast restaurants within cooee open before 9.
Great location, very nice apartment
9.0Great to see the old warehouse finding a new use. I visited the location last year on a ferry tour around the harbour and liked the area so much that decided to find a rental for this years visit.
− Minor point, needs a non slip mat in the shower!
