Dirty house
1.0The house is nothing like how was in websites. The house was so dirty, full of lizard shit and ands every where. Toilet door handle spoiled locked from inside. When checking with the staff, they asked us to use the coins to open the door. The worst is BBQ omg so dirty, unable to use it at all, and we had to buy a new one. The location is so far away from the beach . The street cats keep disturbing us, and cats poop smells in front of the gate. The kitchen is so simple that there are no cabinets and the utensil so dirty unable to use.

3.0− My recent stay at this air bnb was unfortunately quite disappointing, mainly due to significant issues with cleanliness and maintenance.The most immediate and noticeable problem was the poor condition of the floors. They were visibly dirty and felt sticky and greasy underfoot, which made the stay very uncomfortable.We need to buy the indoors shoes and chemicals to clean the house. Both the room and the bathroom had a very strong, persistent odor of mold. This made breathing difficult and suggested a serious underlying moisture or ventilation problem that needs immediate addressing. The main entrance door's touchscreen lock was faulty or unresponsive. I had significant trouble trying to input the correct security code, which was frustrating and delayed my entry, especially after a long journey. Overall: The current lack of cleanliness and strong mold smell made the accommodation unacceptable. I sincerely hope the owner addresses these hygiene and maintenance issues promptly for the sake of future guests.

10.0They have shifted us to another homestay but we are ok with it. We had no problem checking in and smooth checked out, the security guards are friendly. The person responsible is, Lai. Responsive and fast reply. Recommended. We enjoyed our stay there and we are comfortable during our stay. The homestay is clean and convenient. Two storey. Can fit 2 cars. 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom. Shower gel and shampoo provided. Towel provided. Looking forward for the next stay with you. Thank you, Lai.
