What did you like about the property? The only good thing about my stay was that the host answered my messages quickly, no matter what time it was.

− What didn't you like about the property? I didn't like many things. First, the host said I could check in early, but then 24 hours before I arrived told me they had guests coming in the morning. This messed up my plans. They also called me and basically yelled at me over the phone when I told them it was unprofessional to change their mind about me coming early just 24 hours before I arrived. When I got to the property around 6pm, I saw two cars parked in the parking lot. I was told the garage was not available because it had other guests in it, these were supposedly the property managers who were here to help if I needed anything. But I was promised the whole house, including the garage. It made me and my family super uncomfortable to know that people were right there in the garage and could possibly hear everything we said and done. Even worse , enter the house while we sleep. The host kept sending me messages, telling me what to do and what not to do. It felt like they were watching me all the time. They told me to turn off the lights at night, not to touch the pool valves, and other things. The property was not thoroughly clean. I found hairballs everywhere. The towels had hair on them too. There were 1 to no trash bags available for my whole stay. On my first night, I ended up having to shower with cold water. When I turned the knob to the red side—supposedly for hot water—it was actually cold. The host never mentioned that the colors were reversed , not even after mentioning that the hot water is not working. so I had to figure it out on my own. When I informed them there was no hot water, instead of simply explaining that the red and blue were switched, they told me to use another bathroom. The sliding door blinds were broken which allowed backyard neighbors and or the property manager to see us through the transparent glass doors at night. And the hot tub didn't work, which was a big disappointment.

The house was beautiful, and near everything convenient. The owners were very tentative and responded very quickly. I will definitely stay here again. 10/10
