The placed looked better online, than it actually was.
3.0The host was pleasant; he met us and provided the keys to the unit. We met other family members who were also pleasant. Mango were in and he gave us Mangoes; he also told us we could have Mangoes they were regularly falling from the tree; we were excited and picked up Mangoes from under the tree; I am not sure the host was please about us picking up the Mangoes; its best to ask prior to getting excited and picking up the Mangoes from under the tree.
− The apartment was very, very hot; a small A/C unit is in the bedroom only. A fan was also provided. The place looks a lot better in the pictures than it actually was. The walls were soiled and also the bathroom door. The hot water in the shower stopped working the unit was off. We in Canada use warm water for showers even in the summers months,, so it was uncomfortable. Supplies were lacking; they were not replaced when the previous guest left. Soap left behind by others was all that was available. We were two adults, 8 days, and one roll of toilet paper. Nothing to clean up with. The kettle stopped working. The WIFI did not work one evening. The place was too hot for us to stay at the apartment during the day time. We left in the day and return in the evening we would turn on the A/C to cool the place for sleeping; the host turned of the breaker believing we left the A/C running and were out. We travel to Jamaica annually and usually we stay in different areas the Chill Spot was a disappointment.

10.0The host was very accomodating and communicated well. It was well located and very clean. It had everything you would need in a home. Also the private parking was an added bonus.
− The only thing for me was that the mattress was a bit too soft, but that's down to personal preference. Also the light switch for to entire aparment is located in the living room area, so that made it difficult to move around to the bathroom as I had to use my phone light. (Maybe some motion sensor night lights would be a good solution)
