7.0Die Lage ist super. Viele Restaurants, Super Märkte, Park. Alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Klimaanlage.
− Das Schlafzimmer ist spartanisch ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer insbesondere die Dusche badarf einer dringenden Überholung. Teilweise Schimmel an den Fliesenfugen. Wenn man nicht zu hohe Ansprüche hat ist das o.k.
Very disappointing

− Service was really unpleasant. only one role tissue in the toilet. No garbage bag in the Bin. Had one Air Cooler in the hall room which is not cover the bad room.bad room has no air vents, stays really warm. pillows are not comfortable then I asked for pillows the owner didn’t provide it. Even the bed sheets was dirty. Sofa was full with public hairs and no cleaning service. Totally Unsatisfied,will not recommend for someone. shit place I ever lived in my entire life. We went there at 10.00 O’clock he charged extra 50 Euro for late arrival.paid 420 Euros though in the booking site it was 362,Booked for 3 nights. Not really worth of money, better you can go somewhere else.

1.0The only good thing about this place was the location.
− The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the property was very poor. There were stains on the sofa, pillows, and other furnishings, which made the accommodation feel unhygienic. The mattress was not comfortable, and I struggled to get a good night's sleep. Basic essentials were also missing, including sufficient toilet paper, soap, and simple amenities such as tea bags. In addition, the tables had not been properly cleaned, and the property generally felt neglected and dirty. I was unable to find bedding that appeared clean, which made the stay very unpleasant and left me feeling uncomfortable throughout my visit.
